Coeur du Vieux-Québec, dans la ville basse. La zone est très touristique mais la place a su garder tout son charme. N'oubliez pas de visiter Notre-Dame-des-Victoires et d'errer dans les rues avoisinantes. Quelques restaurants plutôt chers dans le coin. Pour les budgets serrés, mieux vaut remonter dans la ville haute.
