A friendly café bistro with a retro decor, serving diet menus. Breakfasts are tasty, especially as they are served until 11:30 a.m. on weekdays, and even 12 p.m. on weekends, public holidays and during the summer season. In addition to a wide choice of breakfasts, the place also offers salads, homemade pastas, pizzas, burgers and a host of other gourmet dishes. Other little extras include a catering service, a boutique selling coffee and local produce, and special events throughout the year.

Le Saint-Pub belongs to MicroBrasserie Charlevoix. On the menu, regional cuisine featuring local products from the Route des Saveurs de Charlevoix, as well as several beer recipes, dishes from their smokehouse (smoked meat, ribs, BBQ half-chicken) and absolutely delicious poutines and gourmet burgers. Unsurprisingly, they also offer a fine selection of quality house beers, some of which are exclusive to the resto-pub.
