This wonderful bakery specializes in traditional German sourdough breads and viennoiseries, made with locally grown grains and wholemeal flour milled on site, all baked fresh daily on the hearth. Their various experiments blending local flavors with European tradition have given rise to original products. To spoil you, a selection of strietzeln with seasonal fruits, pretzels, focaccia and other homemade products are waiting for you.

This artisanal company owes its name to Île des Basques, located not far from Trois-Pistoles. Products include "kwick-kwick" cheese, but also soft and semi-soft cheeses with bloomy and washed rinds, aged cheddar, Gruyère-type Swiss cheese, maple wood-smoked cheese (delicious on the barbecue!), fondues and more. To complete your shopping, you'll find bakery products, prepared meals and many regional products on site.

Housed in its superb riverside premises, this artisanal distillery stands out for its St. Laurent Gin, infused with local hand-harvested kelp (the team also makes a version aged for over a year in old whisky barrels). Other spirits are also produced on site, which can be discovered during the guided tour followed by tastings, or by taking a seat at the bar with some tasty snacks on the side.

For over 25 years, this artisan bakery has been delighting locals and visitors alike. The perfect place to start the day or refuel for a picnic in the national park, it offers loaves, baguettes, viennoiseries and other delicious products (mention should be made of the homemade pizzas). All breads are made with flours from grains grown without herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and the bakery also uses organic Quebec products wherever possible. Now housed in the former general store, this chocolate shop is a temple to sinfulness. The chocolates are mainly ganaches, dipped with a fork, as well as truffles, caramels, spreads and other homemade delights.
