It is an association of doctors that contributes to the permanence of home care in the urban community of Nantes and its periphery, i.e. 15 of the 24 municipalities in the Nantes urban area. Interventions 24 hours a day, at any time of the day or night, with the necessary equipment for examinations and care. The visit of an SOS doctor can be made at the request of the centre or the attending doctor. Consultations can take place at the consultation centre 7 days a week from 9am to midnight. It is essential to contact the call centre before going there, so that the call is regulated and you can be given a time of passage to limit your waiting time on site as much as possible.

The Departmental Fire and Rescue Service is responsible for fire prevention, protection and control. It ensures the protection of people, property and the environment. Its mission is to provide emergency assistance to victims of accidents, disasters or catastrophes, as well as to evacuate them. It also intervenes in the prevention and evaluation of civil security risks. And it sets up the preparation of the safeguard measures and the organization of the means of help. The S.D.I.S. is made up of 3,962 volunteer firemen, 715 professional firemen, 93 fire and rescue centres and more than 73,000 interventions per year.
