Read moreAs early as 1957, a few winegrowers with insufficient cellar facilities decided to create the Cave Coopérative de Saint-Sardos. In 1960, they established a standard vineyard in order to limit planting to the best noble grape varieties on the best terroirs. The vineyard took off and the winemakers obtained their first Appellation d'Origine Simple. Motivated and encouraged by this result, this management team formed the Saint-Sardos local wine producers' union in 1974.

Read moreThe story of Quercy des îles begins at the beginning of the 21st century on the heights of the town of Moissac. Edouard Bourreau discovered the golden pearl, the famous fruit of the Quercy region: the Chasselas of Moissac and gave birth to Quercy des îles. Its components give it a unique and refined taste. This blend, aged for eighteen months in oak barrels, smells of sunshine and cheerfulness for the aperitif. You can visit the cellars in Montaigu-de-Quercy run by the new owner Mathieu Albugues and of course stock up on this delicious beverage.

Elegant, aromatic and flowery red and rosé wines, Fronton appellation, but also dry (100% Viognier) and sweet (100% Semillon). Adept at oenotourism, they will open the doors of their cellar and let you discover their 13 ha of vines. No discovery without tasting in the cellar... LE DOMAINE DE GABACHOU
Read moreIn the heart of the "Coteaux du Quercy" appellation, around the winery and the slopes of La Madeleine, discover this 12-hectare vineyard. For three generations, the Cammas have run the estate from father to son. Guy and Geneviève were awarded the AOC in 2011 and their rosé Douteux du Palais made up of gamay, cabernet and perfumed with Hamburg muscat was twice awarded the gold medal in Paris in 2005 and 2006. The rosé wine is vinified from the same grape varieties supplemented with gamay. The red wine is composed of 50% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot and 20% Malbec.
BRASSERIE IRON

Today, his company is a fixture on the hop landscape and ranks among the top breweries on the beer rating app "Untappd". Iron beers are a mix of inventiveness, sometimes topped with coffee, chocolate or notes of basil, "Iron-beer" is not afraid of mixtures and tries every week to release a different beer. Already a hundred recipes have filled his mugs!
DOMAINE DE REVEL
Read moreMickaël Raynal, independent winemaker, took over the family estate in 2010. The 14 hectares of vines are grouped around the cellar, facing the hamlet of Revel. AOC Coteaux du Quercy on 4 ha and IGP Comté Tolosan on the rest. Red wines, dry and sweet rosés, dry and sweet whites and 100% natural organic grape juice. 30 different grape varieties are grown in the vineyard. In 2019, Mickaël presents the first certified organic wine IGP Comté Tolosan from a new disease-tolerant grape variety: the souvignier gris. Today, he is the ambassador of resistant grape varieties!
