The interior of this brewery-restaurant, created by Yannick Metge, has been enlarged and is now a real success. In a neo-industrial setting, the microbrewery is housed in a former iron workshop. We're at the heart of local consumption, with beers brewed on site, and tapas and burgers concocted with local produce. At 12 noon, the traditional slate-style cuisine is top-notch. Why the fork? In Occitan it's called foueich, which gave rise to... Foix. A must-visit address. Soon to open as a coworking space!

Specialist of champagnes, fine wines, spirits, gift parcels, here is the biggest cellar of Ariège; a real institution since 1950. You can find all the wines of France and elsewhere but above all the surprise when you enter the store of such a large choice and the personalized advice of Christophe Deymier, Yannick and David. The store has a large parking lot and a very pleasant interior space. On 250 m^₂of space, there are nearly 3,700 references of wines and spirits, 150 champagnes, 300 whiskies, 200 rums... at very reasonable prices.

Since 1997, this unmissable winery has been making people happy in the region! The Dejean family is in charge. The wines of France are obviously represented, but the most curious visitors will be able to discover wines of the world with different flavors and surprising aromas. The same goes for the spirits, well represented, which come from France and Navarre, but also from the four corners of the world. Gift ideas are also proposed. A gourmet address that offers a wide choice of wines and mature cheeses. The quality, professionalism, advice and know-how of Jérôme and Cédric, two Appaméans, are almost at the height of excellence. Superb range of regional cheeses, Serrano ham, Bigorre pigs, teas, spices, chocolates, truffles and even oysters. This is the place for gourmets and epicureans. We love the cheese box as a gift. On the wine cellar side, nearly 1,000 wines and 800 spirits. Beautiful and large terrace, ideal for afterworks.

Whether you like Belgian beer, Scotch whisky or Japanese spirits, Sandy and Linda will be delighted to advise you on your choice of wine or rum. The cellar offers over 100 different beers, including the famous Cuvée des Trolls, the famous Irish Guinness, Flanders lager... Whiskies and spirits are on display, wines on shelves and beers in brewer's style crates. The place is also a great after-work bar for wine, beer and more.

Nicolas opened this microbrewery in 2017. After several trips, including one to Canada where he developed a taste for beer brewing. Back to Ariège for the creation of this 3-in-1 establishment: brewery, boutique and bar from May to September. 9 beers on the menu and a few seasonal beers. Rock, flamenco and French song concerts. A lively meeting place, with games evenings, darts evenings, etc. You'll be able to sample platters from local producers and enjoy the pretty terrace in summer.

This brewery in Ariège evokes the bison painted in the Niaux cave. Marie Guera, the brewery's owner, refers to the emotion this bison provoked in her childhood. The beers on offer are handcrafted, using organically grown raw materials (malt, hops and sugar), and are available in Pimprenelle, Perce-neige, CroMignone, Tribale, Fontilla, Flambeuse and Raaahaa! The beers are sold directly from the brewery and in many local establishments. This brewery has become THE reference in the Ariège!

The oldest written mention of the Ariège vineyard dates from 1225 and concerns the Pailhès estate. These are 10 hectares of vines cultivated in organic farming according to traditional and ancestral methods: low yields respecting the vines, manual harvest, vinification by gravity to preserve the fruit, all the wines are aged in barrels. The production benefits from the organic label. The time has come to discover " L'Orchidée ", " Fleur de cailloux ", " Fount Cassat ", " Roc des Maillols " or " L'Esprit des Cimes ".

The beautiful blonde Brouche with pure organic malt, the amber Carabell, the white Plume with cloves and ginger, the Éphémère du printemps and the Magie Brune with roasted coffee-chocolate malt are the beers brewed by Pierre-Jean Faux since 2005. The recipe: 100% pure malt, spring water from the Pyrenees, no sterilization or filtration. Of course to be consumed in moderation or alone... or with whoever you want. The blonde IPA won the gold medal in 2016 at the "Aurignac under pressure" event. All the beers are brewed in bio since 2021.

It is a true Saint-Gironnaise institution established since 1923. Inside you will be welcomed, guided, advised (and instructed) by a true oenologist, Cassie Tafin. She will do her utmost to help you find the "dive bouteille" so dear to Panurge and, of course, to Rabelais. If your tastes do not lead you to one of Bacchus' nectars, you can enjoy one of the many teas or coffees on offer. There is also a wide choice of delicatessen and original, high-quality products to be enjoyed without moderation.
