Fermentation, styles, recipes - they're inexhaustible on the subject, and they'll share their passion with you in their store or behind their bar. The hangar is the first "Tap Room" (the bar of a brewery) in Ariège, and has been for 5 years now! When the weather's fine, it hosts concerts, shows and food trucks on its vast terrace. A must-see in the Couserans!

A new performance venue has opened its curtains in the Cité Comtale on the site of the former limonaderie. In pure cabaret and café-theater spirit, with round tables and chairs for snacks while enjoying the show. The intimate, all-wood venue seats around 50. So you can eat in, with appetizing platters and sweet treats for those with a sweet tooth. The program is rich and varied, combining national (Tex, Serge Llado) and local artists. Songs, plays, one-man shows..

The Casino d'Ax is a must-see institution. The large gaming room was decorated by a Spanish artist, and beautiful monumental frescoes cover the ochre and patinated walls. The 50 rustling slot machines ring with fresh and flashy coins. In a more confidential room: roulettes, balls and blackjack jealously guard the secret of chance. Below the gaming room, the discreet restaurant on the mezzanine dominates the situation and allows you to take a break. In summer, cocktails are served on the terrace.

Bet won for the managers of the establishment. They succeeded in making their restaurant-bar-dancefloor THE place to be in Foix at night. The numerous animated theme evenings bring a young and trendy clientele to the 200^m2 of the upper room and the basement fitted out to party. Good to know, the place can be privatized and welcome about sixty people seated or a hundred standing. Perfect for birthdays, private parties, sports clubs, etc. Animations, live concerts, really nice atmosphere.

Sandy and Linda have taken over this famous restaurant for its festive and family atmosphere: afterworks, concerts, thematic evenings like Oktoberfest or St Patrick's Day. The space is now clearer and more airy. From now on it is possible to order delicious cocktails and other spirits at the bar. You can enjoy a nice plate of local products. Animations with brewers or wine growers. A great novelty on Friday noon, a food truck in front of the bar. Isn't that smart?

A new venue for epicurean pleasures, a "place of artistic and culinary emotions" according to founders Laurent Cieutat and Magali Casier. There's no à la carte menu, and dishes change every week according to the workshops taking place in the dining room. At lunchtime, there's an all-you-can-eat buffet. The huge room is decorated in a chic, cosy style, and the atmosphere changes according to the evening's theme. Thursdays from 5pm, it's after-work, with music and delicious tapas. On Fridays and Saturdays, there's food and soft music until the evening starts at 10pm.

Aurélien, Nathanaël and Valentin, three brothers, run this real cabaret in Pamiers. As in the most famous Parisian addresses, one dines while enjoying a grandiose show. The layout of the stage allows a 360 degree view. The cabaret offers an annual revue, presented by seven talented artists. You would think you were on a Broadway stage. The costumes are amazing: feathers and sequins, circus, themes (from cartoons to the most famous musicals)... The food is as good as the show, a treat.

Clever address for this super-nice bar in old Tarascon. Very easy to park. The place boasts a vast selection of local beers, and Floria, the hostess, will prepare delicious platters of charcuterie and/or cheeses, all from quality local producers. An excellent atmosphere in this old building, totally renovated with taste and eclecticism. The superb terrace overlooks the rooftops of the old town. Theme evenings, concerts, games room (table soccer, darts and board games).

It all starts with a love story, Charlotte, Loïc and beer! Our two lovebirds love travel, local produce and gastronomy. After a trip around the world and many discoveries, here they are in Ariège. Their concept is both ingenious and beneficial for the environment. The beers are brewed every week and sold on site. No bottles. You come and go with the growler, which is returned and provided by the house. Charlotte's cooking is healthy and based on organic or natural products. Lunch menu, tapas to taste in the evening.

Stéphanie and Stéphane Corticchiato are true epicureans. After transforming the 13th-century château into the Domaine de la Tour, offering cosy guest rooms and table d'hôtes in a haven of peace, they have now embarked on another adventure, that of a wine bar that also serves as a cultural venue with regular musical events, concerts, festive meals and wine tasting. It's a new family business (son, brother and sister-in-law) where you'll feel welcome and at home, combining festivities and gastronomy.

Earthly and spiritual nourishment for this restaurant-café-show located in the corner of a house on Rue Astrié. Leeloo and Clément are the masters of the place, and have made L'Antre Deux a very pleasant place to socialize. Whether on your own or in moderation, you can enjoy a glass of one of the many local, French or Spanish wines selected for their quality, while enjoying a variety of shows (jazz concerts, theater...). There's also a wide choice of succulent tapas. The welcome is friendly, simple and cosy.

After numerous trips, notably to South America and the Caribbean, Patty and Tcheka settled in Ax-les-Thermes to open this super bodega bar-restaurant-tapas, etc. Their gamble paid off: the place is cosy and friendly, with an excellent atmosphere. The decor is essentially warm wood. You can eat delicious tapas, burgers and even a tartiflette with porcini mushrooms! The evenings continue with DJ entertainment, music... In summer, our two lovebirds return to their native Basque country to entertain summer guests at a campsite on the ocean coast.

Restaurant but also (and above all) beer bar in Pamiers, in the former intermarché at La Cavalerie. Opened in early February by Jérôme Chrestia and Gregory Lacoste. Large boi room, barrel tables, large tables for friends. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers a simple, tasty menu (tartare, burger, magret....), and in the evening, a fine tapas menu that goes well with the wide choice of Belgian and German beers. Theme evenings, parties, sports broadcasts. A great new place for a fun evening out.

Martin and his team are known on the square for the delicious organic and ethical cookies of the Oie gourmande. A gosling has just been born in the form of this Scop. It is this new and vast space of life, at the same time friendly tea room, bakery, pastry shop, snacking which are added to the space of sale and the manufacture of the cookies. Also small-scale catering with an ethic of food transition and only local producers. Pleasant patio and its olive tree.
