Coffee is roasted several times a week, proof of its freshness. If the pack offers its own mixes and a wide selection of coffees from all over the world (Africa, Asia, Oceania, Caribbean), it has remained faithful to the Brazilian brand for years. A range of tea (green, black, rooibos) from Asian countries (China, India, Japan) is also available. And what about the gourmet radius where chocolate in all its forms is mixed with candy? How to delight the buds and gourmets. Before starting the tasting, you can get all the necessary accessories (machines, dosettes, mugs, filters, dishes). An elegant boutique that, as its motto suggests, lets our senses travel!

This is one of Sarrebourg's finest gourmet addresses, with a tea and coffee room, a restaurant serving daily specials and burgers, and above all a well-stocked wine cellar, with wines and spirits including local ones such as whisky and brandies made from raspberry, pear, mirabelle plum, quetsche, quince, kirsch, apple and even gewurztraminer marc. There's also a choice of liqueurs with distinctive flavours: gingerbread, red fruit, woodruff. All from the Quintessence distillery in Harreberg. You'll even find a sake on the shelves.

The star that serves as a model for the brand is displayed on the façade, between bay windows and a chocolate front. The customer walks through an ultra-design decor, a beautiful case of refinement dedicated to the art of coffee. The famous capsules of the great vintages with multiple colors are displayed at the back of the store... The staff will give you a warm welcome. For the uninitiated, you will be advised in an optimal way and for the others, you will compose your basket yourself thanks to their powerful system of self-service. From Place Saint-Jacques, the Art Nouveau façade of the aptly named Salon Bleu is a sight to behold. You enter this tea room, as beautiful (and chic!) as it is good, to enjoy delicious viennoiseries (such as the raspberry croissant) or pastries, subtly colored and skilfully crafted. You can take these delicacies home with you, or enjoy them on the premises, comfortably seated in the upstairs dining room, or out on the terrace in fine weather. Savoury products are also available, perfect for a quick lunch.

At the beginning of 2024, Fanny founded this small business specializing in the use of local wild plants from the southern Moselle region, to concoct herbal teas, food powders, hydrolats, oily macerates and alcoholatures. All products are organic. A children's range, customized compositions, a pregnant or breast-feeding women's range and even a pet range are available.
