For more than 25 years Hélène and Henri have been driven by this conviction to work well and cleanly (in integrated agriculture and integrated pest management). On the stalls you will find all the good fruits and vegetables that make the reputation of the Catalan country (peaches, apricots, melons, peppers, tomatoes...). Picking takes place every day of course. But Au jardin des Saveurs is much more than a sales outlet because Hélène and Henri wanted to make this place a showcase for the products of this corner of Roussillon to which they are so attached: wines, olives, anchovies ...

At this fruit and vegetable producer who works in sustainable agriculture, you will have plenty of vitamins! According to the season, salads, beans, red onions, strawberries, including the famous gariguettes, melons, yellow melons, watermelons, peaches, apricots, and all summer the most varied tomatoes, from cocktail to cherry, beef hearts, black Crimean ... And then you can attend the manufacture of ice cream and sorbets made in Paysan Catalan with a view of the "Lab", a treat for the eyes and taste buds.

Le Potager de Louis is a veritable Ali Baba's cave for vegetarians. More than a greengrocer, it's a boutique of happiness. Most of the fruit and vegetables are sourced locally from hard-working farmers or are organic. As for the rare pearls, they come from all over the world and are rigorously selected. What we love about this store is its village market feel (right in the center of Perpignan). The stalls are colorful, the seasons are respected and the prices are reasonable. The welcome is really warm. In short, we love it!

Do you like kiwis, kumquats or pecans? All these fruits are rich in vitamins, antioxidants... and we forget about them. Catherine and Christian welcome you to their orchard and invite you to come and pick the fruits according to the season and until they run out. This is a pleasant way to discover the fruit before biting into it. Finally, don't hesitate to ask Catherine and Christian to explain their environmental approach and their organic production methods. They are a fascinating couple!

At Mas Ripouille, in the heart of orchards and market gardens, Nicolas and his team welcome you to the shop where you will also find local products (wine, honey, oil...), some organic food, and above all their beautiful stalls covered with fruit and vegetables from the garden - picked fresh in the morning! At the Ferme du Bio Sillon, in response to the madness of men and intensive agriculture, we propose to you to "eat differently", a search for tasty and healthy food. Florence and Dominique welcome you to their farm to help you discover the happiness of seasonal fruits, with the same priority of respecting nature. And there is a choice according to the season: cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, apples, pears, nashis and persimmons. Our two friends also offer processed products: juices, compotes, coulis and cherries in syrup. Let's eat! If you have a little time, they will invite you to take a walk on their land among the orchards for a real ecological and educational visit!

What has made the reputation of this family farm, is the choice to offer for sale only seasonal fruits and vegetables. Forget the ratatouille in winter if you shop there! Just look at their rich and colourful stalls in summer, or turning to beige and brown in winter. As far as the environment is concerned, the Mas Blanc team has chosen to use integrated pest management. Selection of local products (wines, cheeses...)

In the continuity of their "Master Trainer", Guillaume and his partner perpetuate the beautiful adventure of SAOR. Only one thing has changed: the name "SAORVY". Promoting their products (a beautiful range of 14 different juices) on fairs and markets, the young couple does not spare any effort... Always looking for producers like them, passionate about the real taste, the one from our childhood. So, applying the methods they have learned, they press their nectars without colouring agents or additives for our greatest pleasure. A real delight! A favorite of the Petit Futé.

Pierre Dannoy, a passionate winegrower and a great defender of organic farming, welcomes you to present his natural wines, but also to let you taste his figs, pomegranates, grape juice, jams and olive oil. This man has more than one trick up his sleeve, and depending on the season, there is always something to taste. We love the environment of the domain, wild, arid and so endearing. Pierre's natural wines are fresh and light - a real fruit juice in the mouth! They are perfect for summer meals!

6 hectares of south-facing vines on the foothills of the Pyrenees, in an idyllic setting at the crossroads of Mediterranean and mountain climates. That's all it took to create a unique wine. At Olivier, we don't blend our cuvées. Here, we're dealing with a purist who wants to live off the land and with the land: "the winemaker must take a back seat to the grape variety and the terroir; he's only an instrument, not an end in itself". This rebellious spirit is reflected in his growing methods, and the result is a delicious nectar, natural with zero sulfites, but straightforward and structured!

Serge is a key figure at the Thuir market on Saturday mornings. Le Futé has tested his products dozens of times, as many weeks as there are in a year. And it's always so good! This guy is a true farmer who claims to love a job well done by the book. No chemicals on his vegetables, respect of the seasons and always a smile even when there is a 10 m queue in front of his stand. In the artisanal zone of Le Boulou, no less than 450^m2 of surface are dedicated to organic agriculture. The team has focused on local farmers and seasonal products (not many tomatoes or peppers in winter!). In addition to fruit and vegetables, eco-products (rice, pasta...) and cosmetics, you will find a well-stocked butcher's shop and a creamery, and good references in local wines. As in all Biocoop stores, the welcome is very warm, the staff is nice, always a bit alternative and very qualified when it comes to advising you.
