Unforgettable and romantic! We love this organic, artistic oasis of serenity, with its alcoves, intimate spaces and gentle energies. Few places have moved us so!

In the heart of the former Halles Arago, overlooking the Maison Espiago, nestles a new place that promises wild evenings: a wine and beer bar with a refined and warm atmosphere. Whether you're sitting at the counter or in a club chair, there's something for everyone in this vast, subtly decorated place, which echoes the evening of the restaurant on the ground floor. Not to be missed when you come to Perpignan. A favourite place for students, rugby players, young and old, the Tio Pepe is an institution of Perpignan nights! "Tapas y fiesta" the tone is set. It's unanimous, it's young, but not only that, it's above all festive, ideal for those who want to get away from their books, from the scrum or simply have a drink!

Dishes from the land or the sea, and also a tapas menu to nibble on with friends over a glass of wine. Don't miss the brioche perdue, a dessert which, by itself, is the reputation of the Quartier. Once your stomach is satisfied, prolong the evening by letting yourself go to the rhythm of the music or simply have a chat over a cocktail. The Little Wise Guy sincerely loved this place.

Place of relaxation where you can play darts, drink, eat, discuss and meet people while listening to good sound, from Thursday to Saturday it's with DJ or live bands, the whole in an atmosphere which mixes the ages in all friendliness, and everyone behaves well. Let's stay in the tempo, on Friday evening it's fish and chips by the portion and chicken and chips the other days. In any season, we stay outside where the barrels acting as eats-debout are numerous, the more frigid will choose the inside.

O'Shannon is the first and oldest pub in the city. The atmosphere is very British and friendly, just like on Clover Island! The decoration and the small alcoves remind once again the spirit of the pubs. Concerts, special evenings during sporting events (football and rugby), cocktails and pub food (burgers, sandwiches, chips) are there to make you have a great time. Hydration being essential to all, we will appreciate the care taken in the choice of beers and whiskies. A real institution in Perpignan!

At Pablo we love Italian cuisine but above all we love our land. This restaurant-bar claims an Italian and Catalan filiation. Not so far away as that, with the Mediterranean and a certain art of living as common points. On the menu, pretty tapas-style starters and beautiful pizzas or pastis. The origin of the products is mentioned and we salute this initiative which is too rare in the region. Local, organic and above all good! Finally, the Pablo is also a "lively" bar that offers very nice cocktails or local beers.

Bistrot de Pays which has already celebrated its half-century of existence! The charisma and the involvement of the owner in the life of his village have made him a real local star and also an ambassador of the Conflent in the national press and TV. The establishment is a real museum dedicated to the firemen because Joel is also a fireman. People come here for the morning coffee, to drink a mousse, a muscat de Rivesaltes and to have a snack break with copious combined dishes. The terrace, which is open all year round, is one of the liveliest in Villefranche. Not to be missed!

Particularly cosy, Le Zinc is one of the most comfortable "lounge" bars of the city. To have a beer or enjoy a cocktail while nibbling a few tapas in the early or late evening, it is perfect. The place is hushed and gives everyone the opportunity to chat over quiet background music. Wine and cocktail-bar, an exact definition for quality service. With friends or alone, Le Zinc is ideal to take out a beautiful dress. A beautiful menu of cocktails and tapas dishes.

The Veilleuse, this is a confidential place at the Menje E Quail, in the middle of the pine trees, in a private garden. The owner of music and especially jazz, brings together those who prefer the summer fury, the atmosphere evenings among friends. As a map, only ice, pancakes and cider at low prices. A jazz group occurs here once a week.

Wine bar, tapas and restaurant. This is Laroque des Albères' new Swiss Army knife. A beautiful elevated outdoor terrace, and a harmony of metal and wood in the two rooms: downstairs eating areas and a beautiful dining room upstairs with its starry sky (the lighting fixtures). On the menu, it's mar i munt: tapas from the sea or the mountains. The products are meticulous and tasty, and the wines to accompany them come from small, carefully selected estates. Boris, the manager, has just handed over the keys to his two partners, who are continuing the work in the same spirit.

This new restaurant and cocktail bar with its original setting inspired by the Paris of the Roaring Twenties quickly caught our eye. Gone are the traditional tapas, replaced by a cuisine inspired by the South and steeped in Parisian life. On paper, it doesn't look like much, but in the mouth, we love it. The place is really worth the detour, the atmosphere is fresh without being immature. It's an ideal place for aperitifs with friends, afterwork parties and so on. The team is young and full of ideas. Special mention for the selection of local wines and the presentation of the dishes.

Net Game 66 is a cybercafé located in Canet-en-Roussillon, on avenue Guy Drut. It offers a range of services including office automation, faxing, photocopying and computer troubleshooting. Parking is free and access is easy from Canet 66140, near Perpignan.
