This is the information site set up by the city. The Visitor Center at Port Adelaide, 66 Commercial Road - Port Adelaide, is the only physical address where you will be able to collect information brochures about the city.

Very attentive staff will provide you with the usual documentation, the very interesting Walk The Port brochure and brochures on the self-guided port walks, old pubs and aboriginal history. You will also find information on the Port River Dolphin Trail, a discovery trail within the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary that allows you to meet the dolphins that call the Port Adelaide River home.

Visitor Centre, art gallery and library. Also on display is Shakka, a 5.5-meter great white. The shark, made entirely of fiberglass, is a replica of a shark caught in a fisherman's net many years ago. With the Pirie Rail Express Association, two model trains are also featured outside the main building every^1st and^3rd Sunday of the month, as well as on Wednesdays during school vacations.
