For years, the Bar à Vins has been the city's must-visit address for its setting and atmosphere. In 2023, Laurence Alary took over the reins with her two sons Arthur and Louis. You'll have to face riddles and a secret society as you try to escape. You'll have 60 minutes to solve one of the greatest riddles in the history of Languedoc.

The Thé and Co salon offers a wide range of local products for sale: coffees, teas, jams, olive oils, Aude wines, local beer and the famous elderberry lemonade. When you come to Carcassonne, you visit the medieval City, but you also go down to the city to enjoy the charm and friendliness of the Place Carnot (very lively on market days). Petit Moka is the perfect place to take the time, the opportunity to take a small coffee, a tea or if the lunch break approaches to enjoy a simple and good kitchen (see restaurant section). Le Rafiot is "the place to be" on the port, a bar with the look of an old rigging, where the wood has acquired a patina over time.
