We recommend the stuffed pepper or the delicious stuffed vine leaves. If you spend time in Delphi in winter, you may have the chance to taste game specialities from the surrounding mountains, such as wild boar, the famous betrayed soup or stuffed cabbage leaves. In summer, you will be served a succulent rabbit with onions or a lamb in the oven that melts in your mouth.
