Read moreThis is one of our favourites in Delphi. A restaurant in an exceptional setting, with the sea of olive trees stretching as far as the eye can see below the terrace... We recommend the stuffed pepper or the delicious stuffed vine leaves. If you spend time in Delphi in winter, you may have the chance to taste game specialities from the surrounding mountains, such as wild boar, the famous betrayed soup or stuffed cabbage leaves. In summer, you will be served a succulent rabbit with onions or a lamb in the oven that melts in your mouth.

KAPLANIS
Read moreIt's simple: it's the oldest and most famous tavern in the village. In the large room with high ceilings, flanked by two fireplaces, you can enjoy an authentic taste of the local cuisine made by Stella: herb pie, black beans, koloutholachana (zucchini compote), rooster in wine sauce, stuffed cabbage rolls, lamb fricassee and grilled meat on request. For dessert, ask for the sweet pumpkin pie with grape juice syrup. In summer, we are served on the terrace, under the trees.
MARITSA
Read moreThis is probably the most famous and popular restaurant in the region, located in a beautiful traditional 19th century building and on the promenade along the sea. In addition to her classics, such as steamed mussels and excellent pies, Maritsa now serves more special dishes, such as smoked salmon and linguines with fresh crayfish from a local trawler. She is assisted by Agis, who prepares special lobster spaghetti and pretty desserts, such as her fruit panna cotta.
