Mario Čičić has been running his small ice cream store for almost ten years. He's seen the competition arrive near the Forum. To maintain his position, he has kept his focus on quality, changing his menu according to regressive trends (blue granita, Nutella ice cream, Oreo, Smarties, etc.). He has also adapted to specific demands: gluten-free, lactose-free and purely plant-based ice creams. For example: the raw dark chocolate scoop cone, lavender, granny apple or melon sorbets.
