Local buses shuttle passengers to the upper town, where the historic center unfolds, while regional coaches (Arriva-Autotrans, Brioni) pick up or drop off passengers from a popular regular service: Zagreb-Pula. The route passes through Karlovac, Rijeka, Opatija, Lovran, Plomin, Rabac... It skirts a beautiful stretch of rugged coastline.
