Indeed, the place has many places, and is also very frequented by a clientele of regulars, mainly at lunchtime. For the rest, Auberge de Cléry specialises in meat dishes, and in particular kidneys and sweetbreads made from veal with old-fashioned mustard seed, or beef fillet with pepper or Ambert steak, candied lamb mouse in its juice (be careful, you also have a few fish dishes here): you will have understood it, it is difficult to do it more French! Whether you have room in your stomach or not, it will be difficult to avoid the succulent desserts. Special mention on the lunch menu, clever and excellent value for money. In the evening, other, more elaborate packages are available.

Read moreAfter opening his restaurant near the Champs-Elysées (Citrus Star) upon his return from the United States in 2005, Chef Gilles Spied (the youngest French star Leader in 1989) now has his second address in Paris: District's Bistro, a brasserie between Terminal 2 A and Terminal 2 C of Charles de Gaulle Airport. Here we serve a bit of everything. For example, at breakfast, two formulas are proposed: the French breakfast and the continental brunch. On the flat side, you can find local classics such as Challans poultry or shallot mudflap, which are inspired by the ten years from the other side of the Atlantic by Gilles Spied, such as a burger or American beef tartar. For those who don't have time to sit down, you can take the chef's hot dog, the traditional salmon & cream bagel or dishes and desserts, like this original pasta salad with cuttlefish and crayfish.
