Apikopa offers three courses: wild, escape and adventure: 6 km of free descent (with one weir), 9 km of free descent (with two weirs), and 15 km with three weirs. This nautical base is truly an ideal spot to discover the Marne, its meandering banks bathed in emerald-colored water, in the heart of the Parc naturel du Pâtis. You don't need a license, as you can hire an electric boat or a canoe-kayak and lose yourself with delight along a 20 km-long course, in an aquatic landscape punctuated by wooden pontoons and home to all the beautiful flora and fauna of the Seine-et-Marn region. Le Nautil is the perfect place to relax and unwind, alone or with the family. The aquatic area has a 25 m pool with slide. Wave pool every 50 minutes. Other facilities include a fitness area with weights room, fitness classes, aquagym, squash, hammam, sauna and even a whirlpool bath. And for thrill-seekers, head for the climbing wall, one of the highest in France (18 m!). The aquatic area is sure to delight even the youngest visitors!

The 500 m² Nymphéa aquatic and wellness center features an 8-seat sauna and a 10-seat hammam. But most of the activities are concentrated in the aquatic area, which features a 25 m sports pool (4 lanes), a leisure pool (relaxation guaranteed with hydromassage jets, a river and a water umbrella), a paddling pool, a slide and a whirlpool. The municipal family pool welcomes young and old, occasional visitors and sportsmen and women, in its two covered pools. The first pool is 25 m long and is accessible to the most experienced swimmers (depth from 1.45 m to 2.15 m) and the second is 10 m long for the youngest and beginners (depth from 1.05 m to 1.85 m). Aquatic activities are offered all year round in the pools and from November to March, Zen takes over. Soft music, subdued lighting... a great way to spend a winter in the water. L'Oréade is an aquatic center offering activities for everyone. Users will find a sports pool, play areas (paddling pool, water games), a fitness room (cardio-training and weights room) and a wellness area (saunas, hammam). Swimming lessons and fitness sessions in and out of the water (aquagym, activ'bike, activ'palmes, etc.) are also offered according to a dedicated schedule. At Airescapade77, you can rent canoes, kayaks, electric scooters and mountain bikes. After a trip on the Loing, between Souppes-sur-Loing and Nemours through Bagneaux-sur-Loing, you can reach your starting point by scooter or mountain bike (beach cruiser). Several canoe and kayak courses are accessible to all, from beginners to the most experienced sportsmen. Full day or half day trips. This canoe club is located right behind the city theater, from General de Gaulle Street.
