AUBERGE DE LA TOURELLE
Read moreThe inhabitants of Tournan-en-Brie made no mistake in plebisciting this address, especially in the evening to come and have a drink at the bar and/or to enjoy a relaxed dinner. The pub-style decoration with exposed stones and beams immediately brings the atmosphere to life, and the dishes on offer, especially slate, surprise the customer somewhat, with dishes that are typical of the brewery, but also more unexpected, such as homemade burgers, nems (you read it right), and even an amazing fondue briarde that we rushed to test! In fact, it is halfway between fondue and raclette, served in a casserole filled with Brie cheese and served with pork, salad, chips and bread. Simple but effective! However, we would have liked it to be a little more generous. Desserts are much more classic (sorbets for example). The clientele is generally young and quite family oriented. For those who want to be quiet, it is best to avoid the tables near the bar

L'INTERPRÈTE - CAFÉ LOUNGE ET BRASSERIE
Read moreLocated in one of the most recent - and pretty - areas of Serris, L'Interprète is a brasserie that you would think was imported straight from the capital, with its typical Parisian decor, its general hubbub in the evening when the rooms, terraces and bars are crowded, its servers much more focused on their performance than on their friendliness, its Franco-Cosmopolitan clientele, and its few cigarette smells directly imported from the terraces located in smoking areas! And if we like the place it is precisely for all these small defects crying out for truth, which instantly transport us on a few Parisian sidewalks from rue de Rivoli or to the Place de la République! In the plates, we continue on the same path with very correct dishes at well adjusted prices. One dessert that we really liked was apple-pear crumble and Bourbon vanilla ice cream. For those who want to be calm, it is imperative to favour lunch, or evening meals during the week. The bravest will come on Friday or Saturday evening: the Parisian uproar is then guaranteed!
STARBUCKS COFFEE
Read moreThis addresses the title of the 1 st eco-sustainable coffee exhibition in Europe. This Starbucks would have been designed to minimize energy consumption by choosing natural materials such as wood, glass, metal and stone. Disneyland requires a space dedicated to children and the place attracts a family clientele. But we're saying we're going to be happy in single without children, with his girlfriends band and the promo buddies. The selection of coffee is as usual as usual enough to seduce all tastes, simple arabicas from fair trade to the most elaborate frappuccinos and moccaccinos. A restaurant slate completes the offer.

L'AUBERGE DES TOURS
Read moreLocated at the foot of the Blandy les Tours castle, this pleasant hostel welcomes you to its room and outdoor terrace, on the outside lawn of the fortress itself. You will appreciate the traditional cuisine with many preparations made by the Chef. The menu includes a starter, a main course and a dessert of your choice on the slate. On the menu, you will hesitate in the main course between, for example, a faux filet with foie gras sauce, a candied duck leg with cider sauce, or a back of saithe with fresh goat cheese and thyme stewed with orange. All this with French fries, rice or gratin dauphinois.
