At the Papagalo, chicken & chips and spare ribs are at the top of the Seychellois side of the pavement. Tourists, for their part, prefer chicken curry or grilled fish, served in a tray with rice, and Bolognese pasta. Of course, as far as drinks are concerned, it's a can of Coke for everyone! Some good cakes and cupcakes too (provided you like sugar!) to finish.
