Mountain biking Jura

Ludy Park is the perfect place to learn and improve your mountain biking skills, while enjoying the pleasure of riding on modules adapted to your progress and level (bumps, high curves, obstacles to overcome, etc.). It's a playground designed and adapted to the discovery of mountain biking, ideal for a good sporting time with family and friends! Initially designed for 5-16 year-olds, it also appeals to adults and/or beginners wanting to improve their technique. Helmets are essential. A bike wash is available on site.

If you enjoy mountain biking without being an expert, this introductory course will be perfect for you! With only five kilometers and 45 minutes of pedaling, the circuit offers just enough incline to let you enjoy yourself without too much effort. Start from the Lamoura tourist office and follow mountain bike route no. 23 all the way: it takes you first to Haut-du-Bruchet, then to Tresberruy. To return to your starting point, take the RD25.

The Mont Pupet Salins bike park is a paradise for mountain bikers. The trails are well groomed and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Riders can choose from a variety of trails, including downhill, cross-country and freestyle. The downhill trails are the most popular, offering fast, technical descents that test riders' skills. The Mont Poupet Salins bike park is accessible by car or train.

Julien Garnier is a Jura sportsman with a passion for cycling. It was following his many experiences in the sporting world that he decided to set up his own business in 2022. His aim is to share not only his know-how, but also his in-depth knowledge of the department and its great outdoors. Today, he offers a fleet of bicycles of all kinds: electric, gravel, mountain bikes, shotgun and children's trailers, for self-guided or guided hire. Michaël Parmentier is a nature and outdoor sports instructor who offers sporting activities during your stay in the Jura. Located on the first plateau, in the commune of Mirebel, you can join him in exploring the many hiking trails and sharing his knowledge of the area.
