Located 100 metres from their first store, Autour d'un verre - La Cave, the bar reflects the image of the 5 friends: tender, friendly and lively. More than just a bar, it's also a restaurant, offering simple, home-cooked food made with the finest ingredients! A charcuterie board to share with friends, or tapas on the go with a beer! An essential stop if you're passing through Salins!

The managers are always on hand to pass on their good humor to this establishment, which they took over in 2020. This is an address well worth the detour. The food is fresh and locally sourced, and the produce is remarkably well prepared, blending innovation and tradition. This combination is particularly successful. The house offers seasonal platters and lunch plates. The large terrace is perfect for lunch, dinner or a drink when the weather's fine, as the café also hosts concerts.

Behind this new wine bar are 2 childhood friends from Cesancey: Benjamin Meynier and Emilien Moreau. To accompany the tastings of wines from here and elsewhere offered on site, you can feast on boards composed of local products. Our Canailles have called on some well-known local names. Like O'Cavo, Tibochoc, La Grange aux Pains, Relais du Fumé and Fromagerie Janin... And let's not forget the ambience and decor, which play between vintage and modernism with undeniable elegance.
