This is a beautiful magazine that was missing for organic enthusiasts. "Local & Bio, Manger local et bio en Bourgogne-Franche Comté" is a publication of the new Grande Région. Through 70 pages, you will discover the organic sector on a regional level, through reports, portraits of its actors, recipes and addresses among other information thus constituting the editorial content. The articles are well constructed and the presentation is airy and neat. It is a very useful information tool that deals with a rapidly expanding field in the departments that make up the region, whose local followers or tourists are becoming more and more numerous. A very beautiful initiative that meets an expectation.
