A la carte or set menu, with a choice of dishes of the moment: red tuna tartare with pineapple or Cilaos lentil velouté with truffle and foie gras, grouper steak or duck breast with Bourbon vanilla. For dessert, our heart sways between chocolate coulant and crème brûlée. Good classics, without much creativity, but rich in flavor, and in a warm setting. The restaurant owner was alone in the dining room when we visited, and tables were limited, so it's best to make a reservation.

The menu, signed by the starred chef Paolo Boscaro and entrusted to the chef Joey Atchama, evolves according to their desires. An intuitive and creative French-inspired cuisine with flavors inspired by the land and the seasons, and high quality local products, harvested in a short circuit from organic farmers, some vegetables even coming from the hotel's garden in sustainable culture.
