THE gourmet restaurant in Cilaos. A la carte or set menu, with a choice of dishes of the moment: red tuna tartare with pineapple or Cilaos lentil velouté with truffle and foie gras, grouper steak or duck breast with Bourbon vanilla. For dessert, our heart sways between chocolate coulant and crème brûlée. Good classics, without much creativity, but rich in flavor, and in a warm setting. The restaurant owner was alone in the dining room when we visited, and tables were limited, so it's best to make a reservation.
