Dominated by the old town of Langres, on the edge of the Lakeside Lake, the building, a little too classical, has its own ports. The large air-conditioned room has now been orchestrated by new owners since May. The glass windows offer breathtaking views of the lake. On the restaurant side, the frame is colourful in this family hostel with a contemporary bar. The reception is pleasant and comfortable. The map offers 3 different menus, adapted to all budgets, offering traditional brasserie dishes. The hotel also offers quantity of salty cakes, salads and sweet pancakes. It is unfortunate that the pictures jaunies in front and the tables inside, whose central orifice betray garden furniture, does not give a priori desire to enter: overcoming your prejudices therefore…

It was in a former school dating back to 1920 that Marie-Thérèse and Guy settled. They propose you to eat from 20 or 30 € with good local products and rest. Breakfast is made up of orange juice, coffee, tea, hot milk or chocolate, homemade bread and jam, cereals, croissants, cold meats, cheeses, yaourts… In private parks, behind and at the front of the house, you can play the bowls, the ping, and the front of the house.

The chef wants to make a kitchen that smells good the land: Aumônière hot langres, odawara gambas, spices and honey of Haute-Marne, leg of lamb, etc. It is a good cooking, inexpensive. (Comtois franc feuilleté, black boudin, guts at Caen fashion or icy nougat and its cluster of currants will delight the gourmets and the greedy.) The rooms of the hotel are nicely decorated, the place and perfectly calm to relax after visiting the beautiful village of En-en-Der and its surroundings.

If stopping in a truck doesn't scare you, here, the price-quality is unbeatable. Admittedly, the building is a bit of a canteen, concreted. But the offer is cheap, including drinks, and the quantity is not lacking. In stainless steel containers, the bosses provide you with simple but good products. Homemade pastries, cream jars like we used to make at home, accompany starter, main course and cheese. On the other hand, the menu is a conductor. We don't offer you a card that we can't honour.

The pignata is initially a clay pot for cooking. In this restaurant, in the city center of Langres, we offer dishes prepared with quality products.
