Dominated by the old town of Langres, on the edge of the Lakeside Lake, the building, a little too classical, has its own ports. The large air-conditioned room has now been orchestrated by new owners since May. The glass windows offer breathtaking views of the lake. The exceptional bucolic setting of this inn and the quality of its local cuisine are appreciated. Let yourself be seduced by the fish of the day, the prayers to the pralineous… The menu is printed and rotates every week on Sunday: an opportunity to come back! A reference in the region.

You had spoken me about this restaurant for a long time, it is renowned in the region. But when I saw the chef passing in the issue of Julie Andrieu, I say that I flunked probably something. So I went and I was not disappointed. Meal worthy of a macaroon and very attentive service, I shared with a pot of honey chef who is also beekeeper. This is nature lovers and his country and can communicate it through dishes. I took the menu gastro with sweetbreads to with which still make me mouth water.

Locaux refaits dans un look plus moderne qui se marie bien avec le site. Accueil très agréable, terrasse sympathique sous cette canicule. Carte réduite mais recherche des entrées, des plats et des desserts par le chef. Qualité et fraîcheur des produits : couteaux bretons cuisinés à la perfection, émulsion de l'oeuf poché parfaite, épaule confite d'agneau succulente, dos de sandre aux petits légumes... desserts légers et rafraîchissants.
Très bonne adresse, service très attentionné des serveuses, j'y retournerai à nouveau.
