CIDRE MUSEUM
Read moreHere, with 30,000 bottles year-round, we can claim to be specialists. The Hotte family (a name predestined to the country of Othe!) perpetuates tradition and preserves the remains of over 300 presses, which a time scattered the region. The décor is like the product: wooden grinding is a counter. The visit is free for the individual and guided for the groups, not to mention that Corinne and Gérard, the owners, are very available. They're having fun themselves with their old tools, and in September or October, it's the 17 th rush that's going to happen in the old, old-fashioned. Here, ciders and juice are 100% organic and based on local apple varieties exclusively. Special mention for organic apple juice silver medal 2018.
POD MILL
Read moreAs in the middle of a field, the Dosches mill is worth a visit after a hike in the East Forest Park. This mill, inaugurated in 2007, was entirely designed and realized by the association of windmills with windmills. The purpose: reproduce a pivot mill as there were 140 in the Dawn in the eighteenth century. Functional, it is used by sucker or animators to explain the manufacture of flour at the time. You can then watch the bread at the Dimanches in the countryside. You will first be welcomed in a beautiful barn, where the mill shop is also located. The walk in the garden around the site is also really pleasant. You can plan to spend the whole afternoon there. The association's website is very comprehensive and you will find all the information to prepare your visit.
MONTANUGA SITE
Read moreThis natural site in the near outskirts of the city is the opportunity for families to relax by playing adventurers, without risk, because the site is well marked, with various routes more or less disgraded. The site was once the site of Montaigu Castle, now disappeared. The route of Compostelle between Troyes and Auxerre also borrowed the path of the castle. Here, children are now taking pleasure in arbating the steep trails, picking up strands through wood, asking themselves in the openings… The most despicable will go out to ATV, with a possible departure from the ancient church of Laines-aux-Bois and a loop by Souligny. The place is perfect for picnics and ample enough to multiply walks but the evening comes, it is much less popular, and very isolated…

It took 1970 for the activity to resume. Beyond these bubbles, a Easter fair acts as a trade show with forks for the smallest, street shows, in a friendly atmosphere.
