Joël Garcia, 20 years of baking, arrived in Sarasota in 2015 with his wife. You won't find donuts or cheesecake here, but baguettes, croissants, Saint-Honoré and Paris-Brest, all homemade, which are renowned throughout the region. On the savory side, there are also delicious bacon, cheese and spinach omelets.
