Among the many water planes that cross in the drouaise agglomeration, that of Mézières-Ecluzelles is probably the largest and most animated. Around 120 hectares, hikers or fishermen will be happy. The most sporty guests will be able to enjoy the water base and the yacht club of the Drouais country, which has been elected on the water floor (see rates above). The Club Canoë Kayak Dunois is a water sports club located at the foot of the Château de Châteaudun, offering canoeing and kayaking and associated disciplines. The club also offers year-round sporting activities, accessible with a permanent license. For those wishing to discover canoeing on a more occasional basis, it is possible to take out a temporary license for a trip during the summer season. Canoeing and kayaking is a sport that's accessible to all, and a great way to discover nature on the water.
