At the head of the shop, real enthusiasts willing to "democratize craft beers from quality productions". For the amateurs, tastings are regularly organized by brewers. A good address for fans eager to find something new! The brand has two other stores in Paris: 44 rue des Boulangers (^5th) and 25 rue Legendre (17th).

As many people know, the Butte-aux-Cailles is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the capital, thanks in particular to its wealth of bistros and wine and beer offerings. The Biérocratie, also very lively, welcomes in all conviviality the amateurs of foam. Craft beers from all over the world are offered on the menu and regularly highlighted during various events: beer and cheese evenings, selections of the month... Here, initiatives are developed, like these "collaborations" with various breweries.

BAPBAP - for Brassée à Paris, Bue à Paris - is a microbrewery born from the passion of two entrepreneurs wanting to produce a local craft beer. In 2014, the company took up residence not far from République in a 1,800^m2 building with a metal structure. From grain crushing to bottling, the beers are all produced on site. In the fall of 2022, BAPBAP will offer nine permanent beers, including the Originale (the first to come out of the vats) and three organic beers, as well as ephemeral and barrique beers. Visits on Friday and Saturday.

With a selection of organic and natural wines, champagnes, spirits, beers and artisanal ciders, this wine cellar will satisfy every palate. Customers can buy in-store, pick up on site or have their purchases delivered.
