A former airplane pilot, Dave Bednarowicz took up craft beer brewing in 2013, a passion he'd already pursued as an amateur. Today, he produces no less than 10,000 liters a month. Beers brewed year-round include Pilote en Mousse (blonde), Covale (white), Boom (blonde IPA), Kervignacoise (triple) and Chonchon (amber). Building on its success, the brewery now welcomes you to a beautiful space in a former printing works, converted into a brewpub for evening concerts, tastings and afterworks!

It was in Chile that Clotilde and Yann Morvant started brewing their own beer due to the lack of a satisfactory local offer. When they came back to France, they brought the same idea in their suitcases: to brew their own beer in Locmariaquer. L'Étrille was born! It is precisely in their house, in a corner especially fitted out for, that they brew, condition and sell their beverage. You can even taste a blonde or amber beer on the spot, in the garden next to the vegetable garden, with a beautiful view on the water. Superb!

The sales and tasting area of the La Dilettante brewery created in 2015 on the initiative of Jean-Baptiste and Pierre, La Flemme cave & bar has since moved to the Kerboulard artisanal zone and gained in surface area. Here, of course, they brew themselves, for the love of things well done and the pleasure of sharing, several varieties of permanent organic craft beers, such as La Dilettante made from 95% barley sourced in Brittany, La Flemme, La Fièvre, La Bringue and La Fougue, as well as a few limited-edition mousses. Founded in 2013 by two partners, Zephyr has made great strides since its inception. Their craft beer is brewed with barley malt from France and hops from Alsace. Zéphyr is available in 4 varieties: blonde, special blonde bitter, brown and amber. Available in bottles of 33 or 50 cl for direct sale in the new Quiberon premises located at 9, boulevard Plein-Ouest, you can enjoy it with a platter of cold cuts or cheese.

La Cave du Landy in Theix-Noyalo is a must for wine and spirits lovers. With a passionate team, since 2019 the cellar has offered a wide choice of wines from different wine-growing regions, as well as a selection of 100% Breton beers. For those wishing to quench their thirst on the spot, the bar offers 6 draught beers and over 100 bottled beer references. Several evenings a year, the cellar comes alive with a fine selection of bands to listen to indoors or out, tastings and themed evenings!
