Isabelle Bazin opened her roasting workshop in 2022. It's a fascinating profession, and one she chose to pursue after many years as a nurse. The link? A certain approach to relationships, health and well-being. L'Atelier de Léonard is a certified agro-ecological coffee shop whose beans are sourced from the four corners of the globe, from small-scale farms. Here, coffee lovers can find specialty, exceptional and grand cru coffees, and enjoy an olfactory, visual and tactile journey during a tasting in the medicinal garden.

Master roaster Mathieu welcomes you to his burnery on the edge of the Rhuys peninsula, for a fragrant journey into the land of the oblong bean. Connoisseurs will be won over by his range of artisan "grand cru" coffees, carefully selected from the four corners of the world, freshly ground and available in several grinds. Lovers of teas (white, green, black, Wulong, Pu'er or exceptional), infusions, herbal teas and chocolate sweets will not be outdone. Terrace tastings in fine weather and online sales.

Sylvie & Ève are Les Nénettes, chocolatiers, pastry chefs and baristas. In the secrecy of their Plescop laboratory, open to the public, mother and daughter have concocted a range of 30 chocolates with surprising flavors, where cocoa blends with rose, raspberry, cinnamon, blackcurrant, fennel seed or mild curry, to tempt you. Chocolates, scones, pastéis, Swedish brioches, fine pastries... so many delights that go perfectly with the teas or artisan coffees served in their Halles stall.

A roasting workshop and coffee shop, Le Petit Jus is first and foremost the story of Dorothée, a chemist and research engineer, who discovered specialty coffee (less than 1% of the world market, certified by independent experts) while living in London. Her watchwords: respect for the product (slow roasting to preserve maximum aroma), for the terroir and for the artisans who grow it on farms run 100% by women. In short, traceable products, a unique mouthfeel and unfailing ethics.

Fancy a snack at any time of day, or working in a relaxed atmosphere? Welcome to At Home Café, located in the former Ploërmel courthouse. Originally a gypsy caravan run by Virginie Provost and her husband Felipe Baron Suarez, it's now a trendy café serving up flavors at all hours, from healthy dishes to sharing boards and toast... On the fixed menu you'll find tortilla, crunchy risotto and a seasonal dish. Everything is homemade, the portions are generous and the setting very welcoming.
