The Cathédrale bakery offers a wide range of delicacies, and has often been singled out for its specialties: crackers, Saint-Malo potatoes, Petit Nicolas or even pavé malouin. A detour is therefore a must if you're looking for a few unique and distinctive treats. Pavé Malouin is a Breton cake filled with caramel or raspberry and surrounded by almond paste, inherited from a baker in Dol-de-Bretagne.
