The farm store also offers a selection of artisanal products such as vinegar and cider jelly. Les Vergers de la Ferme also raises sheep, which graze in the orchard as soon as spring arrives. Rodolphe honors buckwheat in his workshop dedicated to galettes, crêpes and all the chef's inventions. His passion can be seen as he turns his beautiful specialties before the eyes of his customers. With Jérôme's help, he produces 340 galettes or crêpes per hour: they meet with a well-deserved success and are quickly eaten.
