Épis en folie was born of a challenge set by Anne-Sophie and Laurent: to make farmhouse, artisanal, local pasta... from soft wheat! In Irvillac, the couple passionately grow their organic wheat, harvest it and then transform it in their laboratory, a former dairy. Five recipes have been created: Coquinouilles (coquillettes), Déferlantes (conchiglionis), Frisettes (tortis), Pépinettes (risonis) and Coiffes bigoud (macaroni). The establishment was founded in 1950 by Paul Guillou. Roc'Hélou is the name of a granite chaos located in the founder's birthplace in central Brittany. Irène and Stéphane Brindeau settled on the banks of the Aulne in 1987 to develop their beautiful beekeeping project. From their 700 hives, which gather the flavours of the Breton bocage, they have created a whole range of products: honey, shampoo, furniture wax, chouchen... On their farm, they have several activities: their honey house, an eco-museum of bees, a shop selling their products as well as local articles, and a renting of rooms on the farm.

Just 300 meters from the sea and 3 kilometers from the village, that's the location of this honey house. You'll find a wide range of honey: buckwheat honey, dandelion honey, bramble honey or hazelnut honey... in jars from 250 g to 1 kg. La Ferme de Locmaria is a producers' store, close to the Lanniron campsite. About twenty producers have gathered to offer their products directly. You can find raw products such as pig meat, beef, veal, poultry, vegetables, but also sourdough bread, yoghurts, cheese, eggs. Finally, there is a well-stocked grocery section with fruit juices, cider, cereals, oil, vinegar and other flours!
