Maison Marc, named after the grandfather, is the last remaining artisanal pickle producer in France! First of all, there's plenty to be amazed about. Here, gherkins are grown without pesticides or herbicides, harvested by hand from the 16 hectares planted, and packaged in Chemilly. A truly local product! And a crunchy family story.
