SAVEURS BIOHUILES

Local producer

Nicolas Nansot produces quality oils from organically grown seeds. All of them are elaborated by a single cold pressing in order to preserve all the essential constituents. There is very little stock, so that the time between pressing, sale and consumption is as short as possible. It is also an opportunity to taste walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin, poppy seed, camelina, hemp, sesame, mustard... Moreover, from January to May, everyone can come (by appointment) to have their seeds weighed and to collect the oil obtained (from 5 kg of shelled walnuts or hazelnuts). We love it!

These flavors can also be found in bottles, with tasty apple juices and ciders that are the envy of our friends in Brittany and Normandy!

LE JARDIN DE LABORDE

Fruit and vegetable producers

Nowadays, more than ever, we eat locally and in season. And we favor short circuits. This is the very spirit in which Le Jardin de Laborde was conceived. What better way to find out where the salad comes from than to come and pick it yourself? Nothing could be fresher or more fun for children and adults! For the gourmets, the store is also full of local products: cheeses, poultry, yoghurts from the farm next door... Le Petit Futé highly recommends this address, just a stone's throw from Auxerre, and which refocuses us on the essential.
