Frédérique and Hervé, winemakers at Domaine Fillon in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, invite you to discover their excellent production in a beautiful store located in the heart of Chablis. Wines from Chablis and Auxerrois (whites, reds and rosés from chardonnay, pinot noir, sauvignon and aligoté grapes), but also fruit juices always in season (with cherries, for example). Not to mention the local products from small local producers.

For more than 20 years, this family business has been offering a vast choice of wines and spirits. Marc Ragaine was elected best independent wine merchant in the world. He was a sommelier at the Tour d'Argent in Paris, but also^3rd best young sommelier in France and best young sommelier in Paris. Here's an address widely acclaimed by the people of Tonnerre, and with good reason: after a notable stint at the Plaza Athénée and the Taillevent cellar (no less!), sommelier Patrice Vidaller decided to settle in Tonnerre a few years ago. Dating back to the ^11th and ^12th centuries, these magnificent cellars are a must-see! A family pride perpetuated today by Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe Bersan, who cultivate 22 ha of vines. They produce several appellations, including Côtes-d'Auxerre, Aligoté, Saint-Bris and Chablis for the whites, Côtes-d'Auxerre, Bourgogne and Irancy for the reds, as well as Crémant and Ratafia. Not forgetting, of course, old Marc de Bourgogne.

Recently opened in Vézelay, this wine cellar is an excellent opportunity to stop off on your way up to the basilica, halfway between the start of the main street and its forecourt. Wilfrid and Sophie welcome you in the dining room or on the small terrace to taste wines and local produce, gourmet platters or Burgundy snails. Already present in Auxerre, we love this shop specialized in wines, spirits, beers and other waters, syrups and fruit juices. A multitude of references are present, classified by wine regions or countries of origin. We also like the delicatessen section and its beautiful range of local products. The tea and coffee section is also worth a look. The wine merchant will accompany you in your choices, your desires, and will be in charge of making you discover the different vintages and their particularities. A beautiful address in Saint-Clément, on the outskirts of Sens.

Based on the Ile d'Yonne since its creation just 30 years ago, Le Marché des Vins offers a wide range of proprietary wines from Yonne and Burgundy, as well as other French regions. In addition to the must-haves, these specialists have also unearthed some fine finds. There's also a great range of spirits, including rums and sakes from all over the world. Tastings, gift boxes, cellar building, advice and wine search: this is an address not to be missed, just a stone's throw from the SNCF train station.

Installed in a former church, this wine cellar is an extension of the magnificent boutique opened in 2021, My Découvertes by Julien Cohen. The person in charge of the place, Morgan Morin, will welcome you and will be able to advise you in the large choice of Burgundian wines, beers and spirits present here. Moreover, the establishment is a wine bar. With, in accompaniment to the tastings, boards of cold cuts or cheeses in particular. All this to be tasted in the vaulted cellar of the ^12th century or on the pleasant terrace. A place to discover absolutely.

Bar and cellar in one, here you have everything you need to taste before you buy! There's a vast choice of beers, wines, rums and whiskies. From Burgundy, France and Navarre! At the bar, you're sure to nibble on local cheeses and charcuterie to accompany a Clamecy beer or an Irancy red. On the entertainment front, V & B regularly organizes themed events and concerts. Very popular for afterworks. Only one regret, on the cellar side: prices are a little high and there's not enough choice of entry-level wines..

Just a stone's throw from Auxerre, in one of the commercial areas of Monéteau, is this warehouse which provides wholesale sales as well as to private individuals. Here you will find wine of course, with a wide range of local vintages, but also beer, spirits, alcohol, syrups, water and fruit juices. References are numerous, for all budgets. Created in 1984, the Gaec des Vins vieux, located near Chablis, in Lignorelles, currently has 22 hectares (cultivated according to the principle of sustainable agriculture) including 12 hectares in the Chablis and Petit Chablis appellations, and 10 hectares in Burgundy Epineuil Rouge, Rosé and Bourgogne Tonnerre blanc. The tasting is free, the welcome is very friendly, and the whole is completed with sound advice. In short, this is a very good house where you can complete your cellar with the best Burgundy vintages. We warmly recommend it to you.

Although they met in Paris, David Arnaiz was born in Bordeaux and his wife Rosane in Brazil. Recently, they chose to settle in the heart of Puisaye where they created La Panza, a cellar offering 100% natural wines from all over France. But La Panza is also a state of mind apart: "A cellar for wild pinards. A farm island bordered by fields and forests" describe those who also propose the organization of events. Festive, of course. Or how to not take yourself too seriously... while doing things seriously! We love it.

Newly opened in Chablis, this boutique values wines from Chablis and Greater Auxerre. Several activities are proposed to you: training sanctioned by a diploma, where the discovery of wines may continue for the most discerning purposes by an initiation to work of the vine by the wine-maker of the house; and tasting and discovery evenings, at home or for your business. Signed-Chablis is also Ephemeral, where to link the passion from cooking to charm of wines: a personalized menu served in a privatized room, among friends or for your customers. And let's not forget the oenobistro, where it will be possible (at any time) to taste a charcuterie slate, a cheese board or a base of homemade foie gras, accompanied obviously by an excellent glass of raw fruits. Stéphane Charlot has long been a wine merchant for restaurants, bars, and even for some wine merchants in the Yonne and Nièvre regions. Here he is now sharing his experience with the general public through this cellar. Between shop and warehouse, some 300 references are gathered here, presented in huge and high shelves. Priority is given to Burgundy wines, but those from the south and the Loire Valley are also very present. Not forgetting a pretty "Wines of the World" section, and an excellent selection of spirits.

This cellar located just at the entrance of the city center, close to the bridge over the Yonne river, offers many references: local wines of course, but not only. Champagnes too, and a nice offer of champagne and spirits. But what we like is also the very nice setting, all in woodwork, magnificent and warm. The ceiling is covered with imposing exposed beams, and the spirits are all presented and sold in wooden furniture that evokes the famous crates. A beautiful place that is really worth a visit!

In place of the former Le Millesime restaurant, Jérémy Richard and Paul Venon recently opened the Cave icaunaise, offering a fine selection of regional wines, beers and spirits, as well as local products from small Yonne producers. Delicacies to take away or enjoy on the premises, as the establishment also offers a snack bar. Entertainment is also regularly organized (sports broadcasts, karaoke, etc.). All in a particularly warm and friendly pub atmosphere.

Here you will find the beer that will tickle your taste buds. Famous brands, others less known, but just as tasty, foreign beers, craft beers... A tasting area that can be privatized, gift boxes, and advice given by a welcoming and dynamic team. Also note the broadcasting of sports events and the organization of concerts for evenings more than nice. And the afterworks are always well attended. A sure value!
