Fayyar is a microbrewery created in 2020 in the heart of one of the great wine villages of the Auxerrois. Simon, Romain and Élise offer you their organic and local beers. Do not hesitate to go and taste them; they are worth the detour! Above all, you can also visit the place and discover the work of these young and friendly brewers. By appointment, they will show you the raw materials used, but also all the stages of production along their beautiful cellars of the XIVth century. With a tasting at the end, of course!

A short while ago, Alexis and Vianney embarked on a crazy adventure: creating a microbrewery in Chablis from Burgundy malts. Their beers are 100% organic, like "Porte Romane", which won the title of "Best Blonde in France". Or "Vintage", a limited series of beers aged in Chablis Premiers and Grands Crus oak barrels. Not forgetting "Rives du Serein", of course. There's a cosy bar where you can discover them all on site. You can also visit the brewery. It's worth noting that many establishments in the region have added Maddam to their menus.

More than a brewery, an institution! Here, you will find artisanal and organic beers: the light Blonde, the refined Brune and the sober Blanche. With also gluten-free beers, and - since this year - another one without alcohol! Multi-awarded at the International Competitions of Lyon and Paris, as well as at the World Beer Awards, Bières de Vézelay are distributed in many medium and large stores throughout France. And even internationally, as well as on the menus of the best restaurants in the region.

The reputation of Sénon's beers extends beyond the borders of the département. Founded in 1996, this craft brewery markets its brands "Thomas Becket" (the authentic ones), "Alesia" (the organic ones), and "Burgundia" (the original ones). In 2023, the highly qualitative "Héritage" was added. Or when the hops of Sençon invite whisky! In 2022, the brewery won no less than 7 medals at the Concours général de Paris and the Concours général de Lyon. Tours are also available.

Brown, white, amber, blonde... The microbrewer Odile Bondier can boast of having a production of beers labeled Nature et Progrès which translates its will to reach the "zero waste", in particular through the intermediary of returnable bottles. Its beers are made with local raw materials. The brewer as well as the beers are known for their character and their conviction. To taste her production, you can also go to the market of Avallon.

If you're a beer lover, then it's impossible to pass through Vézelay without taking a break, down in the village, at this independent microbrewery installed in 2019. Here, all the beers are brewed and bottled by hand in small quantities. Thus, each vintage is unique and composed of ingredients from organic farming. Among those proposed, we like the "Cuvée Blonde bio" with ginger, as well as the brunette with spices. Two very nice discoveries, among a generous and tempting offer!

In the heart of Irancy, La Cuverie brewery opened its doors in the old village school. Camille and Lucile, master brewer and brewer, create organic beers with a variety of styles and a unique character. La Cuverie also has a small shop where you can buy the beers directly from the brewery, as well as a nice terrace in summer to enjoy them with friends or family! Finally, these craft brewers also await you every weekend on the two most beautiful markets of the Yonne, those of Chablis and Toucy.

Bar and cellar in one, here you have everything you need to taste before you buy! There's a vast choice of beers, wines, rums and whiskies. From Burgundy, France and Navarre! At the bar, you're sure to nibble on local cheeses and charcuterie to accompany a Clamecy beer or an Irancy red. On the entertainment front, V & B regularly organizes themed events and concerts. Very popular for afterworks. Only one regret, on the cellar side: prices are a little high and there's not enough choice of entry-level wines..

Present in Lille, Nantes, Montargis and Tours, this beer franchise has been expanding rapidly for several years. In 2023, it also set up shop in the Auxerrois region, in the Monéteau shopping zone, where beer lovers from all over the world can now come and treat themselves to the classics, but also unearth many nuggets. The company also offers a good selection of wines. And there's plenty of entertainment on offer, especially during weekend evenings. You can even enjoy a meal in the bar area.
