The recipe, born in 1902, remained in the same family and the biscuitery settled in the land in 1991. Housed in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Morvan, this artificial water plan of 367   ha originally created to facilitate gliding of wood on the Cure, feast in this year 2008, its 150 years. Its dam built in the 267 th century is made of carved granite stone and its impressive dimensions (19   m long and 23   m high) are up to the water capacity retained by the book, i. e. million m -3 m.
