Morvan, land of Marshal de Vauban, welcomed anti-Nazi resistance fighters in the 20th century. The 300,000-hectare Morvan Regional Nature Park comprises 117 communes and 5 towns. Its varied landscapes include hedged farmland, forests, water and built heritage. Bibracte and Autun bear witness to its historic past, and the Morvan Ecomuseum in Saint-Léger-Vauban explores its history. The Musée de la Résistance is a reminder of the crucial role played by the French Resistance during the Second World War.

Les personnes qui s'occupent de la maison du parc (OT) sont très sympathiques et aident à organiser la visite en fonction des attentes. Il y a aussi les musées, mais je ne les ai pas visités. Il faut deux bonnes heures pour ce circuit.
