Discover la Côte-d'Or

Legend has it that the Côte-d'Or takes its name from the color of its vines in autumn, but there are so many other rich treasures to discover in the area! Vineyards are the hallmark of this département, where the Seine rises, with the famous Route des Grands Crus, a sixty-kilometre route from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte de Beaune. Alongside the nectars that make you sing, the pleasures of the table are not to be underestimated, with brilliant establishments and starred chefs. Gastronomic, historical, heritage and artistic, the Côte Beaune is an invitation to explore. A tourist destination of choice, with medieval villages such as Flavigny-sur-Ozerain and Chateauneuf. The Côte-d'Or tells its own stories and exhibits, like Vercingetorix at the Muséo Parc or the Dukes of Burgundy in Dijon. Take a stroll through the countryside, pedal along the 350 kilometers of cycle paths, or sail along the Canal de Bourgogne!
