Maison Casati, well known to Norman palates with its store in Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, recently set up in Domfront. The traditional recipe for macaroons (developed by Henri Lenoir) has been perpetuated, as has the recipe for chocolate praline marshmallows and Camemberts, awarded the "Orne terroirs" label.
