For 35 years, she has been fishing on foot on the Opal Coast and, all year round, in Calais, she sells her mussels and her creations such as soups and preserves. Her fishmonger's is now a member of the French Culinary College, a distinction that is awarded to only about 3,000 producers. This shows the quality of the products that can be found here.
