Located in the heart of the département, some twenty kilometers west of Saint-Lô, the Clinique William Harvey, part of the Inicea group, specializes in the care of patients suffering from cardiac and vascular pathologies. The result of the merger of several former private establishments in Cherbourg, the Polyclinique du Cotentin has been located on the heights of the town since the late 1990s. The town's main private healthcare facility, which has been extended over the years, employs 125 staff and works with some 50 private practitioners.
