Located in the heart of the département, some twenty kilometers west of Saint-Lô, the Clinique William Harvey, part of the Inicea group, specializes in the care of patients suffering from cardiac and vascular pathologies. It offers them the best possible rehabilitation, in a calm environment, with full hospitalization beds (with 81 places for this purpose), but also places for day hospitalization.

The private hospital of Centre-Manche, located in the heart of the sub-prefecture of Coutances, has a technical platform for surgery, medical imaging including a scanner and an MRI, as well as an analysis laboratory. The hospital, which employs over 80 people, is linked to the Saint-Lô facility, some 30 km away, belonging to the same group.

In this hospital, where around 80% of stays are on an outpatient basis, there are several departments, including one for full hospitalization or outpatient surgery, another for polyvalent medicine, and another for oncology, for example. The facility also boasts a 38-strong nursing assistant training institute.

It is the largest hospital in the Manche department. Located in the heart of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, it serves the entire Cotentin region. With two technical platforms, it offers a very wide range of services (cardiology, gynecology, nephrology, pediatrics, oncology, pneumology, radiotherapy, etc.). The hospital also has two EPHAD units, one in the town and the other in Valognes.

It is the largest facility in the Groupe Hospitalier Mont-Saint-Michel, which groups together all the entities in the south of France. The Avranches-Granville hospital center is spread over two sites some twenty kilometers apart, efficiently linked by an efficient road network, and boasts 800 hospital beds, 2,000 staff and over 120 doctors. Many medical specialties are practiced here, including gynecology, neonatology and emergency medicine.

The Centre Hospitalier Mémorial is located in Saint-Lô, with an additional site in Coutances. Known by its full name, Hôpital Mémorial France - Etats-Unis, it has 500 beds and employs over 1,600 staff, including 200 doctors. Among its specialties, the hospital boasts a high-performance technical platform, and is renowned for its maternity unit and excellence in bariatric surgery. The Coutances hospital is considered a geriatric center of excellence.

Just ten kilometers from Mont-Saint-Michel, the Centre Hospitalier de l'Estran is located in Pontorson, and has a facility in Avranches, giving it access to the south of the département. Specializing in psychiatric disciplines, the complex has over 400 beds and employs 850 staff, including around 20 doctors. It also includes a center dedicated to addiction treatment and two Maisons d'Accueil Spécialisées (MAS) for severely disabled people.

Spread over 4 establishments in the Manche department, this private, non-profit organization, recognized as a public utility, manages structures in the health, medical-social and social sectors. Among its specialties, it provides support for people suffering from psychological or psychiatric disorders, or who are losing their independence. Today, it employs almost 2,000 people, including 65 doctors at all its sites, making it one of the leading health centers in the département.

The result of the merger of several former private establishments in Cherbourg, the Polyclinique du Cotentin has been located on the heights of the town since the late 1990s. The town's main private healthcare facility, which has been extended over the years, employs 125 staff and works with some 50 private practitioners. Every year, it provides 3,500 inpatient and 6,500 outpatient treatments. Many surgical procedures in a wide range of specialties are performed here. An analysis laboratory and the premises of SOS Médecins complete the complex.
