Well-known to Caennais locals, this Case has been serving up delicious beverages since 2005. Just imagine: over 1,500 references of beers, wines, champagnes and spirits from Normandy, France and Navarre! A great cellar, but not only! La Case is also a great place to dine in collaboration with local food trucks. Each day has its own special treat: on Monday, Thai cuisine with Wok-a-Noodle-Doo; on Tuesday, burgers with C'est Quoi Ce Truck; on Thursday, vegetarian cuisine with Greedy Guts... A witty place for smart drinkers! Julien cherishes his cellar, housed in a 1960s-style former garage. A visit to his den is a real experience: 700 references, with a slight penchant for Languedoc! We love the special offers, the weekend wines, the invaluable advice and the reasonable prices. The Norman terroir is showcased: Roger Groult's Réserve Ancestrale (served at the Élysée Palace, please!), Père Jules, cider from Jocelyne and Pascal Breton (well and truly Norman!)... Along the pretty roads of Auge, you must stop here! Père Jules was born just after the First World War, when Jules Desfrièches was selling cider from the Auge region to Le Havre. After the farm cider, Jules started distilling to make Calvados. The reputation and excellence of the beverage are passed on by word of mouth, from generation to generation. Today, Guillaume is the fourth to carry the family flag. Calvados from 3 to 40 years old, cider, pommeau and perry: give in to the temptation of a tasting.

For almost 30 years, this independent wine merchant has been taking us on a journey to the heart of the vineyards, overlooking... the sea, the lighthouse and the port. Over 300 wines from the best grape varieties of our terroirs in this Ali-Baba (rne) cellar, 90% of them from small growers. Local wines (do you know Coteaux du Giennois?) or grands crus, spirits, ciders, beers from local brewers, rums from overseas and elsewhere, there's something for every palate and every budget. There's nothing flashy about it, but the presentation is neat and tidy, with regular new arrivals.

A wine merchant who seduces by his kindness, his love of wine and his... bottle! Head sommelier of the Drouant restaurant for 20 years, member of the Association des Sommeliers de Paris, Nicolas Loubère is a great oenologist. In his sober and elegant wine cellar - where a few autographed photos of his Parisian past are displayed - he advises with his great experience, while charging low prices. Nicolas favours independent winemakers. Great classics, great vintages, great finds, Drouant champagne (exclusive), spirits and tasting evenings!

An essential producer on the Cider Route! It is impossible to pass through Cambremer without visiting one of the most beautiful and ancient cider cellars in Normandy, founded in 1865 by François Huet. The techniques have evolved, the installations too, but the recipe remains the same, rich in know-how and ancestral transmission. If you want to know more about cider and calvados, this is the place to be! Then head for the shop, where precious beverages (AOC-AOP Pays d'Auge cider, AOC Pays d'Auge calvados...) are waiting for you.

Beware! It is not a merchant like the others: first of all because Pierre-Henri Lemessier does not have a cellar as such and then because the spirit in which he works deserves a little attention to his case. Vinadom offers wines from independent wine growers all regions, but also champagnes and other local products. Pierre-Henri is passionate and it is this passion that he wants to share with you in dénichant products that you may never have known. Individuals, professionals, assoces or C.E. Everyone can contact him. Moreover, you can also cross Pierre-Henri on certain markets in the region, including Bayeux on Saturday morning. Six kilometres from Lisieux in the direction of Pont-l'Évêque, Calvados Boulard welcomes you to the prestigious distillery founded by Pierre-Auguste Boulard in 1825. Since then, the torch has been passed on to Vincent Boulard (fifth generation), who has inherited the family's passion for Calvados and continues to be the ambassador of this illustrious house. After the visit, it is difficult not to stop by the shop: excellent vintages, out of age or vintage, everything is there. There is no shortage of gift ideas!

This cellar is an address that knows how to delight lovers of organic and biodynamic wines. The place is run by Ronan, and Ronan knows his way around a bottle. Even though he's young, he's got it! It has to be said that he cut his teeth as a sommelier at Saquana (a 2-star restaurant in Honfleur). And yet, it's in all simplicity, but not without passion, that he tells you all about his wines and their growers, and uncovers some lovely nuggets for you. His shelves are also stocked with spirits, local beers, ciders, perries and calvas. Tastings are also available.

In his large workshop, our brewmaster Etienne has plenty of room to express his talent. More local, mostly organic ingredients, our Géo Trouvetou is gaining in maturity, listening to feedback and fine-tuning his beers! No need to introduce you to his creation and marvel, La Petite Biche. An unfiltered blond, it's the power and strength of wood in a bottle. Available in a range of more or less full-bodied recipes to suit all tastes: white, brown, IPA, year-round or ephemeral beverages, there's bound to be a doe to suit you!

At La Loterie, nothing is left to chance! Run by the Aubry family since 1936, Ferme de la Loterie became Cave de la Loterie when Régis took it over in 1999. The cider farm has 25 ha of organically-farmed orchards. The small house has become large and renowned. Discover the full range of cidres bouchés, pommeau and calvados AOC.
