For two days, Usson, "Most Beautiful Village in France", revives its medieval past. Join us on the esplanade of the ancient ramparts to discover a medieval market (with local exhibitors), troubadour shows, artisan demonstrations, a mini-farm and musical wanderings. Are you looking for a traditional celebration that gets the whole department moving? Welcome to the Saint-Cochon ! In the past, pigs were killed in mid-January and the meal was shared. This tradition has been transformed into a great celebration, which begins, continues and ends with the tasting of pigs and the drinks that accompany them. The arrival of the pig and its cooking are among the highlights. The lunch, which takes place in joy and good humor, is followed by shows, music ... Everything is gathered to spend an exceptional day.
