The Opera Theater reopened in September 2013, brand new, after seven years of renovation. Designed parjean Teillard at the end of the nineteenth century, this beautiful Italian theater can accommodate 600 spectators, the red and gold room operates on three levels of balconies. It offers performances of the Lyric Center, the Auvergne Orchestra, the Orchestra of Harmony, the Festival des Festivals… The Auvergne Orchestra has settled on the floors… The programming is structured between great classics and novelties: operas and ballets, concerts, plays and shows. The Opera Theater also hosts events for younger people or theme balls.

Integrated into the Grande Halle d'Auvergne complex, to which it gives a strong architecture with its silhouette in the shape of a volcano chimney, the Zénith d'Auvergne is a fully-fledged auditorium. Johnny Hallyday has sung here, Elton John, Scorpions or Les Insus, in short, all the major tours make a stop at the Zénith, and major shows or conventions too! The whole department comes here. Shows, concerts, sports events and conventions follow one another. On the technical side, the Zénith d'Auvergne is ideally equipped. The stage adjusts and the bleachers can be transformed as desired. Its proximity to highways makes it easy to get there and there is no difficulty to park here!

This is a theatre that lives up to its name! Underneath, a 350 m² modular space, refurbished by an interior designer, which can be used for shows or seminars. La Baie des Singes is a cultural UFO from Auvergne located in Cournon-d'Auvergne. Founded in 1997 by Chraz and his friend Bubu, the theater offers an atypical, subtle and committed program. Like John... like who? John? Why John? Why John? Maybe they'll tell you that at a concert. They, because Like John it is a duo: Claire and Gaëlle, composers, authors, singers, musicians. On stage, they accompany their voices on the flute, cello and other strings and electronic rhythms. Their music and lyrics bounce like light and acidic bubbles of life that we cross with joy, while leaving a small place for a sweet melancholy. The pep of the duo and their incisive and always welcome humour plunge the spectator into their universe. A beautiful French/English pop that makes you want to see them and see them again.

The Ciné Dôme changes its name and becomes Pathé Aubière! This huge complex welcomes moviegoers in a magnificent colorful setting with 14 screens, 7 of which are equipped with 3D. The reception area has been completely redesigned for a total immersion in the world of cinema, with the creation of a ticket sales area, a corner dedicated to automatic terminals, and a friendly café with a view of the Chaîne des Puys. Digital, 3D and VO projection of all the major films of the moment and a good number of previews in optimal comfort. Also on the program, opera sessions or comedy shows, where you can experience the moment as if you were there!

The Ciné Jaude is located on the third and last floor of the Jaude 1 shopping center. The acidulous colors of the Ciné Alpes group have invaded the premises in the same way as the Ciné Dôme. The cinema has seven very comfortable rooms. One room is equipped with Dolby atmos sound and the EclairColor projection process, a new broadcasting technology that ensures unprecedented viewing quality. Enough to satisfy the moviegoers of the city center of Clermont-Ferrand, even if we still prefer the Capitole and the ambiances for more original programs and the Paris for the size of the rooms and the screens. The ideal place on the other hand to come in family!

Clermont-Ferrand has not finished moving thanks to this new showroom located in Brézet! At its head: a quartet of shock, formed by the musicians, technicians and producers of Upperground Production. Up to 300 people can be gathered to listen to a musical program of choice, which gives pride of place to urban and Afro music, but not only... Once a month, it's time to rock! Humor and stand-up comedy are also part of the program, during the " Rimshot Comedy". Local, national and even international artists are carefully chosen.

The Gergovie is the cinema of Cournon-d'Auvergne. It has 3 rooms, two of which are equipped for 3D sessions. The program is quite varied: action or science-fiction movies, documentaries or animated films, big productions or comedies... Please note that the cinema also offers an Art et Essai program. Arachnée Concerts is one of the main show organizers in France. Its catalogue impresses by the diversity of its shows (Holiday on Ice, The Nutcracker, Yes-Yes...) and the notoriety of the artists who compose it (Pascal Obispo, Hubert-Félix Thiefaine...). Based not far from the Zenith of Auvergne, this structure also has its own production company, present throughout the national territory. Clermont Auvergne Opera offers each season an anthology of pieces, recitals and operas by both known and unknown composers. Oratorios, exhibitions, works from the repertoire, creations... all these shows take place in the setting of the Opera-Theatre. The programming is very varied and prestigious. Clermont Auvergne Opéra is also dedicated to the production of operas, including sets and costumes. Every two years, it organises the Clermont International Singing Competition which highlights young talent. Far from elitism, he shares his shows with all audiences. Founded in 1981, the Orchestre National d'Auvergne has toured extensively in France and around the world, and has recorded more than 30 albums while faithfully assuring the classical music scene of Clermont-Ferrand and Auvergne. Today, this chamber orchestra is composed of more than twenty French and foreign musicians. Since 2021, Thomas Zehetmair is the principal conductor. Surrounded by an international artistic direction, he pursues this spirit of openness, approaching the baroque period as well as contemporary creations. It's a pleasure!

Polyphony, percussionists, jazz, rock, pop, jugglers, clowns: from music to street shows, there is something for everyone at La Lampisterie! Throughout the year, the association organizes numerous cultural events. Author residencies are also organized. Among others, we can mention Flying tractors, Saodaj, Claire Degrave, Fabien Bequart. On the spot, it is possible to eat at the snacking or to have a drink. On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace. The place is closed during July and August.

With its roof and green walls, Le Tremplin fits perfectly into the heart of the La Mourette district and does not leave you indifferent. The auditorium can accommodate 260 to 450 people. This place is designed to help and promote local groups. To participate in the development of musicians and local structures, the hall is equipped with two rehearsal studios and a fully equipped stage area (sound, light and video). The support is total, from creation to rehearsal to broadcasting. A bar and an exhibition area, a rich programme of young talents and experienced artists complete a top-notch offer.
